Shipping & Returns
Items are usually sent within 48-hours. All parcels are tracked but only the Courier option will require a signature on delivery.
Local Delivery is done once a week, we will notify you so you know when to expect us.
Any special requests can be noted at the checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the limited nature of our products we do not accept returns.
Please email email@example.com regarding any damages that may have occurred in transit as soon as the parcel is received. Do not sign for damaged parcels.
* We very rarely experience problems with postal systems and never when sending framed prints with NZCouriers!
