As Framers, we rely on repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations and we are not short on either having built a loyal and supportive customer base over the past 20 years.

Shipping Policy
Items are sent usually within 48-hours and you will be sent a tracking number for your parcel. Framed prints are delivered by NZCouriers and will require a signature on delivery.
Local Delivery is done once a week, we will notify you so you know when to expect us.
Any special requests can be noted at the checkout.
Returns, Exchanges and Damages
Items may be returned for a full refund (less shipping) or exchange for another piece. Contact us within 5-days of receipt of parcel, to get process underway. Return shipping is at buyers cost.
We rarely experience problems with postal systems and never when sending framed prints with NZCouriers! However if your item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.
