RIEKO: KOWHAI NGUTU KAKA
“Recently kāka began to visit our garden, gently sitting on the pohutukawa tree. It's great to see them from my bedroom window, morning and late afternoon. They fly away from our garden to the other side of Brooklyn hill. I have planted Kakabeak near the pohutukawa tree. The shape of the flower looks like a Kaka's beak. I love the flower, bright red colour.” Rieko.
Archival print on Hahnemühle archival satin paper. Signed, numbered & titled. Edition 100. Image Size 305×380mm plus border.
